Mark Anthony Pearson is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Pearson is the founding partner of ARC Law Group, a law firm located at 1388 Haight St., #101, San Francisco, CA 94117. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
Mr. Pearson earned his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he graduated in 2005. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Arizona State University. During his time at Golden Gate University, he was actively involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in entertainment and intellectual property law.
Mr. Pearson concentrates his practice in the areas of entertainment law, intellectual property, and business formation. He represents a diverse clientele, including musicians, actors, film and television producers, recording studios, social media influencers, live entertainment companies, video game developers, online content providers, managers, agents, and other artists and performers. His practice encompasses all stages of legal work, including contract negotiations, trademark and copyright issues, business entity formation, and litigation in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pearson has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding ARC Law Group, he worked as an associate at a mid-size entertainment law firm in San Francisco for five years.
Mr. Pearson is an active member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. He holds membership in the California Lawyers for the Arts, where he serves as a panel attorney and is involved in the Music Business Seminar Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco. Mr. Pearson is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area effectively.
