Marc Durant is an attorney specializing in securities law, stockbroker and investment fraud, and white-collar crime. He practices at Dailey LLP, which has offices in New York City, Philadelphia, and Wilmington. Admitted to the New York State Bar, Marc has built a robust career handling complex civil, financial, and white-collar criminal cases. Additionally, Marc has managed intricate multi-track matters that involve grand jury investigations, criminal indictments, civil actions, and regulatory proceedings from both the SEC and state authorities. Beyond his litigation work, Marc has contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor of Law. He is also a faculty member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, where he trains aspiring attorneys in trial techniques. As an instructor in Prosecution Trial Advocacy at the U.S. Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute in Washington, D.C., he has shared his expertise with federal prosecutors.
