About Kelly E.
Kelly E. Adler took a direct route into law. She earned a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey and followed that with a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Her academic record set the stage for a career in private practice.
After law school Adler began practicing in Pennsylvania. She holds current membership in the State Bar of Pennsylvania. Her early years in practice gave her experience in the daily tasks that shape litigation and client representation: drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, managing discovery and preparing for hearings.
Adler later joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., where she has been part of a team handling a range of matters the firm takes on. Colleagues describe her work as thorough and methodical. She approaches cases by breaking problems down and building the factual and legal record that clients and judges rely on.
Her contributions at the firm include courtroom preparation and client counseling. She has participated in negotiations and has prepared motions and briefs for a variety of proceedings. Sources of her professional development include hands-on matter work and ongoing engagement with the bar. Her membership in the State Bar of Pennsylvania keeps her connected to developments in state practice and procedure.
Adler balances casework with the administrative duties that come with practice at a multi-office firm. She works across the firm’s offices and coordinates with colleagues on complex matters. She currently practices at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., handling matters on behalf of the firm’s clients.
