About Lucas
Lucas Wynne earned his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He completed a course of study grounded in trial practice, state procedure and client counseling. Classwork and clinic experience shaped his approach to the day-to-day work of running a small law practice.
He practices through Wynne Law. He represents clients in matters arising in Minnesota and North Dakota and appears in state courts in both jurisdictions. Over time he has built a practice that handles a range of civil matters and court appearances. He also advises clients outside of litigation when matters require transactional or pre-litigation planning.
Wynne has maintained membership in professional associations and participates in local bar activities. That involvement keeps him connected to developments in state rules and court procedure. He also draws on contacts across two states when cases require coordinated filings or multi-jurisdictional strategy.
His office structure is regional. Wynne Law operates more than one office location to serve clients in different communities across the two states.
