About Lisa A.

Lisa A. Moore earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 1988. She completed her legal studies after several years at the Tucson campus, finishing a program that prepared her for practice in state and federal courts. Her time at the law school coincided with a period of growth in Arizona’s legal community, and she entered the profession as the state’s courts handled an expanding docket.

Her career has been rooted in Arizona. Over more than three decades in practice she has worked on a range of matters that reflect the steady demands of local clients and institutions. She joined Owens & Perkins and has been associated with that firm in its Arizona office. Colleagues describe her as methodical and pragmatic in how she approaches casework, preferring clear legal analysis and careful preparation over grand gestures.

Moore’s background yields a practical toolkit. She has handled filings, courtroom appearances and negotiated resolutions. Her work requires familiarity with state procedures and the rules that govern litigation and transactional practice in Arizona. She has represented clients before trial courts and has managed the document-intensive aspects of larger matters. Clients and opposing counsel alike have noted her attention to deadlines and to the procedural steps that shape outcomes.

Outside the courtroom, Moore has contributed to the processes that support client representation. She has prepared pleadings, reviewed contracts and guided discovery in contested matters. Her practice emphasizes clarity in drafting and an eye for the factual record. That approach helps in counseling clients on risks and options, and it frames the choices made during disputes.

She is an active member of the Arizona bar and maintains an office with Owens & Perkins. In recent years she has continued to take on matters that arise under Arizona law, advising clients and appearing in state courts. Her current practice focuses on representing individuals and entities in legal matters under Arizona jurisdiction.
