About Liliana

Liliana Gallelli has practiced immigration law for more than two decades. She is admitted to practice in California and before the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit. Her career spans private practice, firm leadership and sustained involvement in professional organizations that focus on immigration policy and services.

Gallelli began her legal career in 2004 at Toews Law Office. She started handling individual client matters and courtroom proceedings early on. In 2007 she moved to Gallelli & Gallelli, Inc., a practice that carried her name and anchored her work in family and removal defense matters. A 2013 position at Kerosky Purves & Bogue LLP broadened her exposure to complex immigration cases and institutional practice settings. In 2020 she became partner and lawyer at K & G Law LLP dba K & G Immigration Law, where she continues to practice.

Her admissions include the California state bar and two federal appellate courts. That credential set allows her to represent clients in state venues and in federal appeals. Over the years she has handled a range of immigration issues for individuals and families, including proceedings before immigration tribunals and appellate filings where federal jurisdiction applies.

Outside the courtroom, Gallelli has remained active in professional circles. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2007. She has served on the board of Latino Service Providers since 2008, a role that places her at the intersection of legal practice and community services. Since 2022 she has held membership in the National Immigration Project, participating in a network that tracks developments in immigration law and policy.

Her practice is based in California with offices that serve clients across the region. The firm maintains locations in San Francisco, Beverly Hills, Vallejo, Napa, Ukiah, San Rafael and Santa Rosa, and it also lists an office in Reno. Those offices reflect a multi-office presence intended to meet client needs in urban and more rural communities alike.

Colleagues describe Gallelli as experienced in both individual representation and appellate work, and she brings that experience to daily casework. She currently practices at K & G Law LLP dba K & G Immigration Law, focusing on immigration matters in California and in federal courts including the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.
