About Lane

Lane Clack is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Michigan and is currently associated with Goldberg, Persky & White PC. Clack works from the firm's office and serves clients across the two states.

Clack began practicing after completing the necessary legal training and bar admissions required by both jurisdictions. Over time, Clack built a practice that spans matters in state courts and administrative forums in Pennsylvania and Michigan. The dual admissions allow Clack to manage filings and courtroom appearances on behalf of clients who have cross-border concerns between the two states.

At Goldberg, Persky & White PC, Clack contributes to case preparation, client counseling and courtroom presentation. That work includes drafting pleadings and motions, conducting factual and legal research, and preparing witnesses for deposition and trial. Clack collaborates with colleagues at the firm on complex matters and works directly with clients to explain options and next steps.

Clack’s courtroom experience has required attention to procedural detail and practical advocacy. Handling matters across two state systems means tracking differing rules, timelines and local practice. Clack adapts strategies to the procedural context of each jurisdiction and to the specific priorities of the parties involved.

Clients and colleagues describe Clack as direct in communication and methodical in preparation. Those traits guide how Clack approaches a matter from intake through resolution. Whether the work ends in a negotiated outcome or proceeds to trial, Clack emphasizes clear explanations of risks and realistic pathways forward.

Outside of individual matters, Clack keeps current with developments in both Pennsylvania and Michigan law that affect active cases. Maintaining licenses in two states requires ongoing attention to both continuing legal education and the administrative requirements of each bar. Clack meets those obligations while balancing a busy docket.

Clack’s practice at Goldberg, Persky & White PC centers on representing clients and managing litigation and related legal work in Pennsylvania and Michigan.
