About Kristopher M.

Kristopher M. Nowicki built a career that spans music, law and business. He began at Berklee College of Music, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 2006. That early training in a creative field gave way to law school. He earned a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010 and followed that with an M.B.A. from Jacksonville University in 2012.

His path through graduate school was compact. The law degree came first, then he returned to the classroom for business studies. Colleagues say the sequence shaped how he approaches client problems: legal analysis informed by commercial sense. Those skills serve him in a practice based in Florida.

Nowicki moved into private practice after completing his legal education. Over time he rose through firm ranks and became a partner at Nooney & Roberts. In that role he manages client matters, works with other attorneys, and takes part in firm-level decision making. The title reflects both casework and internal responsibilities.

He is licensed in Florida and practices in the state’s courts. That jurisdictional focus shapes the kinds of matters he handles day to day. He works with clients on issues that require local knowledge of procedure, precedent and regulatory context.

Peers describe him as methodical and business-minded. He draws on the combination of a J.D. and an M.B.A. when preparing strategy or negotiating resolutions. His background at Berklee also surfaces in how he organizes projects and communicates complex ideas to clients.

At Nooney & Roberts he participates in litigation and counseling matters, and he contributes to the firm’s practice development. The firm lists him as part of its partner team, where he balances client work with mentoring more junior lawyers.

Outside the office, his earlier training in music and later study in business remain reference points. The mix of different disciplines informs his approach to legal problems and client service. He currently practices at Nooney & Roberts, representing clients in matters across Florida.
