About Kimberly M.

Kimberly M. Hanlon earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 2005. She moved from law school into active practice in the Midwest, building a career that spans two state bars. Her training in Tulsa set the foundation for a practice that now reaches clients in both Minnesota and Oklahoma.

After graduating, Hanlon entered private practice and established herself as a lawyer licensed in Minnesota and Oklahoma. She has combined courtroom work with client counseling and transactional matters. Over time she has adapted to the different procedural landscapes those states present. That adaptability has shaped how she approaches cases and client needs.

Hanlon joined the Minnesota Bar Association in 2011. She later became a member of the Amdahl Inn of Court in 2014 and remains active in that group. Those affiliations reflect an ongoing engagement with the professional community, including continuing education and peer discussion. Colleagues know her as someone who participates in practical conversations about courtroom technique and professional responsibility.

Her career has included work across a variety of matters. She takes a practical approach to problem solving. She emphasizes clear communication with clients and careful preparation for hearings and negotiations. Her background gives her familiarity with the rules and customs in both Oklahoma and Minnesota courts, and she draws on that in case planning.

Hanlon practices at Lucere Legal. At the firm she handles matters that require attention to procedural detail and an understanding of regional practice differences. Clients seek her out when they want straightforward advice and an attorney who can move between two state systems without losing sight of practical outcomes.

Outside of casework, she maintains active ties to bar groups that provide a forum for mentoring and professional exchange. Those connections keep her current on developments in law practice and courtroom technique. Her work at Lucere Legal continues to reflect the combination of courtroom experience and client-facing counsel she has developed since earning her J.D. in 2005.

Her current practice centers on representing clients in legal matters across Minnesota and Oklahoma at Lucere Legal.
