About Kevin
Kevin Golembiewski earned his law degree from Harvard Law School, receiving a J.D. in 2013. He attended one of the nation’s leading law schools during a period of brisk change in legal education. His time at Harvard coincided with internships and clinics that exposed him to litigation and appellate work.
After law school he established the credentials required to practice across several jurisdictions. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also holds admission to the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Eleventh Circuits. These registrations allow him to appear in federal appellate matters as well as state trial courts in multiple states.
Golembiewski’s career has involved work that bridges state and federal systems. He has taken part in matters that require coordination across different courts and procedural regimes. That kind of work often demands careful briefing, attention to procedural detail and an ability to marshal record evidence for judges who may be seeing the case for the first time.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and attentive to the technical aspects of litigation. He tends to approach problems by parsing the record, isolating governing precedent and building arguments that track statutory text and case law. He writes for judges as much as for clients; clarity in motion practice and appellate briefs is central to his routine.
Golembiewski operates from the offices of Berney & Sang, where he practices alongside other litigators and counsel. At the firm he participates in case strategy, drafting, and court appearances that reflect the overlapping jurisdictions in which he is admitted. His work requires frequent interaction with co-counsel and opposing counsel across state lines, and that collaborative element is a regular part of his practice.
Outside court, he follows developments in federal and state appellate decisions closely. He views evolving precedent as a practical matter that affects how cases are argued and whether certain issues should be preserved for appeal. That attention to precedent informs how he prepares cases for trial and for appellate review.
He currently practices at Berney & Sang and handles matters brought in the jurisdictions where he is admitted.
