About Kelly M.
Kelly M. Davidzuk grew up studying how law can shape everyday life. She earned a B.A. from Southeast Missouri State University in 2006 and completed her J.D. at Appalachian School of Law in 2010. Those years set a practical foundation for work at the courthouse and in the conference room.
She joined Stange Law Office early in her career and moved through several roles. In 2012 she served as a senior team leader. She became a partner in 2017. Records show she was named senior partner in 2020 and also listed as managing partner that same year. The progression reflects sustained responsibility for case management and for supervising other attorneys.
Davidzuk is licensed to practice in Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas. She has maintained membership in the Missouri State Bar since 2011 and serves on the Missouri Bar Fee Dispute Committee as a volunteer mediator and arbitrator. That work places her on panels that handle disputes about attorney fees and ethics, roles that require procedural knowledge and impartial assessment.
Her practice includes family law matters. She holds a Lead Counsel rating in family law, a peer-reviewed credential that indicates recognition by colleagues in that field. Beyond courtroom work she participates in collaborative practice. She serves as treasurer for the Missouri Collaborative Institute and holds an associate-level membership in the Global Collaborative Law Council, both organizations that promote alternatives to traditional litigation in family disputes.
In daily practice she handles divorce, custody and support cases, along with related procedural and evidentiary issues. She also works on settlement negotiations and mediations. Colleagues describe her as methodical in document preparation and attentive during client meetings. Clients encounter a lawyer who explains options clearly and prepares cases for both settlement and trial.
Davidzuk has combined administrative duties at her firm with casework for individuals and families. Her firm roles have included supervising staff, developing office procedures and contributing to firm strategy. Outside the office she continues to accept assignments as a mediator and arbitrator through bar committees and professional organizations.
She remains based at Stange Law Office, PC and works across the firm's locations. Her current practice centers on family law matters and on collaborative and alternative dispute resolution work.
