About Vince

Vince Taormina earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the College of the Holy Cross in 2011. He went on to complete his law degree at the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2015. Those years shaped his grounding in legal research and courtroom procedure and set the stage for a practice that spans state lines.

After law school Taormina established his professional footing in the Midwest. He is licensed to practice in both Missouri and Kentucky and has built a practice that responds to legal needs in those jurisdictions. Rather than a single high-profile case, his career has been marked by steady involvement in the local bar and an emphasis on practical problem solving for clients.

He has been an active member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He serves on the executive board of the BAMSL Young Lawyers Division as an At-Large member. Those roles require regular engagement with the local legal community, oversight of programming for early-career attorneys, and participation in committee work that touches on ethics, practice management, and continuing legal education.

Taormina opened The Taormina Firm to provide a more direct platform for client representation. The firm serves individuals and organizations navigating legal issues under Missouri and Kentucky law. His work involves courtroom appearances, negotiations, and drafting of legal documents. Colleagues describe him as methodical; he approaches matters step by step and places an emphasis on clear communication with clients.

Outside of formal bar roles he has taken part in programming intended for younger lawyers and recent admittees. Serving on committees and on the young lawyers executive board has given him experience organizing panels, mentoring newer attorneys, and contributing to local bar initiatives. That activity has kept him connected to developments in state practice and to the professional concerns of peers in the St. Louis area and beyond.

He maintains an active practice at The Taormina Firm, representing clients in matters arising under Missouri and Kentucky law. His current practice focuses on providing direct representation and handling procedural and substantive aspects of state-law disputes.
