About Keith A.
Keith A. Gantenbein built a career that moves from the liberal arts to courtroom procedure. He earned a Bachelor of Science in English from Colorado State University in 2003 and completed his legal studies at Barry University, receiving his J.D. in 2007. Those classroom years laid the groundwork for a practice shaped by state and federal litigation rules.
After law school, Gantenbein began his professional life in firm settings. He joined Hindman Sanchez as an associate in 2008. The next year he moved to Castle Law Office, continuing as an associate while gaining experience in client representation and case management. By 2011 he launched his own practice, operating as The Gantenbein Law Office. Two years later he formed Goldman Gantenbein and then, in 2014, established the Gantenbein Law Office, where he serves as owner and managing lawyer.
Over time Gantenbein broadened his admissions across jurisdictions. He holds licenses in Colorado and Wyoming, admission to the Tenth Circuit, and is also admitted in Michigan. Memberships in professional organizations track that spread. He has been listed with the Colorado Bar Association and the American Bar Association since 2007, joined the Colorado Consumer Bankruptcy Association in 2013, and is active in the Colorado Bar Association’s Solo Small Firm Practice Section. He also holds memberships in the Wyoming and Michigan bar associations beginning in 2019.
Gantenbein’s practice history reflects the path of a lawyer who transitioned from associate roles into solo and small-firm leadership. Early years in established offices gave him exposure to courtroom practice and client intake systems. Building his own firms required learning the administrative side of practice, from office management to the financial demands of running a small law office. Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers clear, direct handling of cases and steady client communication.
His work has included consumer bankruptcy matters and related civil issues. Participation in the Colorado Consumer Bankruptcy Association and the Solo Small Firm Practice Section indicates regular engagement with bankruptcy rules and small-practice concerns. He also handles matters that require familiarity with federal appellate procedure, given his Tenth Circuit admission.
Gantenbein continues to operate the Gantenbein Law Office as owner and managing lawyer. He carries an active practice that emphasizes consumer bankruptcy, debt relief, and related civil matters.
