About Joshua

Joshua Rudolph built a law career that moves from the classroom into courtroom doors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washington & Jefferson College in 1992. He then returned to study law and received his J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2009.

After law school, Rudolph entered private practice. He worked as an associate at the Law Offices of Sander Budanitsky in 2012. Two years later he opened his own firm. In 2014 he became the founding partner of Rudolph Law Office PC. That step defined the next chapter of his work, shifting him from associate roles to firm leadership and managing client work across matters lodged in state and federal forums.

Rudolph is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and he is also admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His admissions cover a range of venues and procedural postures. He has maintained memberships in the Pennsylvania Bar Association since 2012 and joined the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2014. He is also active in the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Colleagues describe Rudolph as methodical. He prefers a paper trail and clear lines of argument. In litigation he emphasizes preparation. He arranges facts, lines up witnesses and documents, and prepares clients for the rhythm of hearings and trials. He handles pretrial motions and courtroom advocacy as part of his regular practice.

Running a small firm requires more than courtroom work. At Rudolph Law Office PC he handles client intake, case strategy, and the administrative demands of a practice. He balances those duties with continuing legal education and professional association activity. Those commitments keep him current on procedural developments and case law that affect clients in state courts and in the federal appellate system.

Rudolph’s career path shows steady progression: undergraduate study in political science, a law degree earned in 2009, an associate position, and the founding of his own practice in 2014. The arc is simple but practical. He has built a practice that reflects his training and the procedural settings where he is admitted to appear.

He currently represents clients from his firm, Rudolph Law Office PC, handling criminal defense and related matters in state and federal courts.
