About John Jack
John Jack Randall trained first as a police officer and then moved into law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Governmental Administration from Christopher Newport University in 2000 and completed his Juris Doctor at Regent University School of Law in 2004. Those academic years set the stage for a career that crosses public service and private practice.
His earliest professional role was with the Virginia Beach Department of Police in 1997. That front-line experience preceded his entry into the legal system as an Assistant Commonwealth's Lawyer in 2004 for the Southampton/City of Franklin Office of the Commonwealth's Lawyer. In that prosecutorial role he worked at the county level and learned courtroom procedure from the government side.
Randall moved into private practice in the late 2000s. He became a partner at Stallings & Bischoff P.C. in 2008. In 2015 he joined Stallings, Bush & Randall as a partner, and three years later he helped establish or join Randall, Page & Bruch P.C. as a partner in 2018. Those years reflect a steady progression from associate-level practice to firm leadership and partnership responsibilities.
Beyond casework, he has kept an active presence in professional and community organizations. He has been a member of the Isle of Wight, City of Suffolk, and Southampton/City of Franklin bar associations since 2008 and 2004 respectively. He joined the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association Ethics Committee in 2020 and remains on that committee. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Courtland Youth Athletic Association since 2010 and was on the Southampton Academy board from 2008 until 2021. He is also a member of Franklin Masonic Lodge No. 151 AF/AM and has been involved with the Western Tidewater Community Service Board since 2014.
Randall, Page & Bruch P.C. operates regional offices across southeastern Virginia. The firm's locations include Courtland, Suffolk, Emporia, Brunswick, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Randall’s position as a partner involves overseeing matters that arise in those communities and representing clients through the local court systems.
As of 2026 he practices at Randall, Page & Bruch P.C., handling legal matters out of the firm’s regional offices in Virginia. His practice remains centered on serving clients through the firm's local presence and his years of experience in both public and private roles.
