About Jessica R.
Jessica R. Shoulders trained and studied in Kentucky. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University before returning to Lexington to complete a Juris Doctor at the University of Kentucky. Her education roots are plainly tied to the state she now serves as an attorney.
