About Jessica L.
Jessica L. Arndt built her foundation at Ramapo College, where she earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice. She went on to receive her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Those academic years shaped her understanding of courtroom practice and the procedural rules that govern civil and family disputes.
After law school, Arndt entered private practice and became an associate at the Law Offices of Edward R. Weinstein. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and she is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Her admission to both state bars and the federal trial court has allowed her to handle matters on several procedural levels.
Arndt maintains active ties to bar organizations. She holds memberships in the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association. Locally, she participates in the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Bucks County Bar Association. Those memberships keep her engaged with changes in local rules and court practices.
Her involvement extends to programs that move cases toward resolution. She serves as a panelist for the Middlesex County Early Settlement Program, helping parties explore negotiated outcomes before lengthy litigation. She also served on the inaugural Aldona E. Appleton Family Law Inn of Court in Middlesex County and now carries responsibilities there as Programming Chair. That role places her at the center of continuing legal education and peer discussion on family court developments.
Colleagues describe Arndt as methodical in preparation and direct in courtroom presentation. She handles routine case management tasks as well as appearances in settlement sessions and hearings. Working at the Law Offices of Edward R. Weinstein, she has done the day-to-day legal work that keeps cases moving—drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and briefing motions.
Her practice blends courtroom advocacy with efforts to resolve disputes outside a trial date. She splits time between contested hearings and negotiated settlements, drawing on her trial-court admissions and bar association work. She remains active in local legal education and settlement programming while continuing practice at the Law Offices of Edward R. Weinstein.
She concentrates her practice on family law and settlement work.
