About Reid

Reid Eder earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 2009. He completed the customary course of study there and entered the bar world soon after. The law school shaped his approach to courtroom procedure and client counseling, foundations he has used throughout his practice.

After law school, Eder gained admission to practice in both New Jersey and New York. His federal admissions include the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the New Jersey District Court. He is a member of the State Bar of New York and has held that membership since 2013. Over the years he has worked on matters that required appearances in state and federal forums across the two states.

Colleagues describe Eder as methodical in his preparation and direct in his courtroom manner. He works on matters that move through both trial and motion practice. He prepares pleadings, responds to discovery, and argues before judges in state and federal settings. Eder’s background at Rutgers and his bar admissions have helped him build a practice comfortable in several judicial venues.

Eder practices from the Eder Law Office. He represents clients in matters brought in New York and New Jersey courts and in federal courts where he is admitted. He maintains memberships in professional organizations and continues to engage with the bar in both states. He currently practices at Eder Law Office, handling matters in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts.
