About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder graduated from Rutgers University–Camden with a B.A. in Political Science in 2007 and earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2010. While at New England Law she served as secretary of the Entertainment Sports Law Organization during the 2009–2010 academic year, an early indicator of her interest in the practical side of legal work and professional organizations. Those formative years set the stage for a career rooted in courtroom practice and dispute resolution.
She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Over the past decade she has maintained active memberships in multiple local and state bar associations. Her listings include the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Family Law Section, the New York State Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the New York County Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association’s Family Law Section. She also belongs to the New Jersey Young Lawyers Division and has been involved with BNI since 2007. These memberships reflect steady engagement with the professional communities where her work is concentrated.
Since 2016 Rozin-Golinder has served as a panelist on the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Early Settlement Panel. In that capacity she participates in early settlement conferences and assists in efforts to narrow disputes before they reach full trial. Serving on the panel has exposed her to a range of family law disputes and to the procedural dynamics that often shape outcomes long before final judgment.
Her practice experience encompasses contested and uncontested family law matters. She handles divorce cases, child custody and parenting time disputes, child and spousal support issues, and related family court proceedings. She also works on negotiated resolutions and settlement agreements and appears in court when hearings and trials become necessary. Her courtroom work is balanced by case preparation, client counseling, and efforts to settle disputes when clients prefer negotiated outcomes.
Rozin-Golinder practices through Rozin | Golinder Law. She continues to participate in bar sections and county associations, attending programs and contributing to panel discussions when opportunities arise. Her ongoing service on the Early Settlement Panel remains part of her calendar of professional responsibilities. She currently practices family law at Rozin | Golinder Law, handling divorce, custody and other family court matters.
