About Jesse H.

Jesse H. Larsen began his professional path in Florida after completing law school in Richmond. He earned a J.D. from the University of Richmond in 2007 following a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2002. Those academic stops set the stage for a steady progression between public service and private practice.

He entered courtroom work early. In 2010 he joined the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida as an assistant public defender. That role placed him on the front lines of criminal defense work and trial practice. He spent time representing clients in arraignments, hearings and jury trials. The experience provided a foundation in case management and advocacy that shaped the next phase of his career.

In 2013 he moved into private practice as a lawyer at Ohle & Ohle, Lawyers at Law. Two years later he joined Grall Law Group, where he continued to handle litigation and client representation. In 2018 he began working at Tuttle Law, and he remains there. Over more than a decade in practice he has moved between public and private roles while keeping courtroom work central to his work.

Outside the office he has been active in the local bar. He served in the Young Lawyers Division of the Indian River County Bar Association and is listed as a past president of that group. He has also served as a director of the Indian River County Bar Association since 2017. Those positions have involved program planning, member outreach and local bar governance.

Colleagues describe him as deliberate in preparation and direct in court. He tends to take on cases that require hands-on litigation. His background combines the procedural demands of public defense with the client-facing responsibilities of private practice. That mix informs how he approaches each matter, from initial intake through trial or resolution.

He maintains his license in Florida and works from Tuttle Law. He handles litigation and defense matters in state courts and continues to engage in trial work and client advocacy. He currently practices at Tuttle Law, concentrating on criminal defense and trial litigation in Florida.
