About Keith
Keith Bregoff earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. He established his legal foundation there and went on to practice in Florida, where his career has crossed both public service and corporate litigation.
Early in his career he worked for the State Lawyer's Office in the 17th Judicial Circuit as an Assistant District Lawyer in 1992. That role placed him in courtroom work and prosecutorial responsibilities at a formative stage. Two years later he moved into insurance defense work, serving as a Senior Litigation Lawyer for Allstate Staff Counsel in 1994. Those positions gave him experience on both sides of contested matters and exposed him to the operational demands of trial preparation, motion practice and client counseling.
Bregoff’s record shows a mix of governmental and private-sector litigation roles.
