About Jeremy V.
Jeremy V. Prichard built his path to law from classrooms in Kentucky to a law school in Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Eastern Kentucky University. He then took his studies to the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received his J.D. The academic record laid a clear foundation for practice in two states.
Early in his career he joined Varellas & Varellas PLLC. He has practiced there while holding licenses in both Kentucky and Colorado. Those dual admissions allow him to handle matters that cross state lines and to serve clients in different jurisdictions. He also maintains memberships in several professional organizations that keep him connected to peers across both states.
Prichard is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association. He also belongs to the Kentucky Justice Association and the Colorado Bar Association. Those memberships give him access to continuing legal education programs, panel discussions, and local bar activities.
Collegiate study shaped the way he approaches legal problems. At Eastern Kentucky University he concentrated on political science, a background that informs his understanding of government, public policy and regulatory frameworks. His law school training at the University of Florida extended that preparation, exposing him to litigation, research and client counseling during a demanding three-year curriculum.
At Varellas & Varellas PLLC, Prichard has worked alongside other attorneys on matters handled by the firm. He contributes to client files, prepares filings, and participates in case strategy. Colleagues describe him as methodical in legal research and careful in drafting pleadings and motions. He also represents clients in consultations and court appearances when the case requires.
Outside the office, Prichard’s memberships in county and state bar groups place him in regular contact with judges, opposing counsel and civic organizations. That network helps when cases require local knowledge or procedural familiarity. He remains engaged in those professional circles as a way to keep current on developments in the law.
Prichard continues to practice law through Varellas & Varellas PLLC, where he serves clients in Kentucky and Colorado. He currently practices law at Varellas & Varellas PLLC in both states.
