About Jenna L.
Jenna L. Green earned her J.D. from Drake University Law School in 2010 after completing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Iowa in 2007. Her academic path combined legal training with a foundation in numbers, a pairing that has informed much of her early professional work.
Her career in law began in the late 2000s. Records list an associate role at Hudson, Mallaney, Shindler & Anderson, P.C. in 2008. She later joined Babich Goldman, P.C. as an associate in 2011. Those early years put her into firm environments where litigation and client service intersected.
In 2012 she moved in-house, taking the title of trial lawyer at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. That position involved courtroom work and handling matters from the perspective of an insurer. It added a different angle to her litigation experience and deepened her familiarity with contested claims and trial procedure.
Green returned to private practice in 2015 when she became an associate at Hupy and Abraham, S.C., P.C. She remained with the firm and, in 2020, advanced to shareholder. The trajectory from associate to shareholder reflects several years of sustained responsibility inside a single firm structure.
Outside of firm roles, Green has been active in local and state bar circles. She has been a member of the Polk County Bar Association since 2012 and joined the Iowa Bar Association in 2013. Those memberships suggest ongoing ties to the legal community in Iowa and regular engagement with peers and professional programming.
Her résumé shows a mix of roles: firm associate positions, in-house trial work, and firm leadership. That variety has given her repeated exposure to litigation practice and the mechanics of preparing cases for trial. Colleagues and records note courtroom experience from her time as a trial lawyer at Nationwide and continuing litigation duties at private firms.
She has spent the bulk of her career practicing in Iowa and is listed at Hupy and Abraham, S.C., P.C. in her current office information. Her work has combined litigation and trial responsibilities across both insurance and private-firm settings. She currently practices at Hupy and Abraham, S.C., P.C., where her work centers on litigation and trial matters.
