Jeffrey J. Valocchi has been a visible figure in Pennsylvania’s trial courts for decades. He took on a high-responsibility courtroom role early in his public-service career and has continued to work in litigation and case management since.
In 1981 Valocchi served as Head of the Pre-Trial Division in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas.
