About Stephanie
Stephanie Ojeda earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She completed a rigorous legal education that prepared her for state licensure and practice in Pennsylvania. Her time in law school culminated in the degree that opened the door to bar admission and a professional life in the state courts.
After law school, Ojeda took the steps required for admission to the Pennsylvania bar. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and holds membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Those credentials led to a position in private practice where she could apply classroom learning to client matters and courtroom procedure.
In 2024 Ojeda joined Petrelli Previtera, LLC. That move brought her into a firm environment where she could refine practical skills and work alongside more experienced attorneys. Colleagues describe her approach as methodical. She has spent the first years at the firm building a caseload and learning how the office manages client intake, case preparation and litigation support.
Ojeda’s work is conducted under the supervision and standards that govern Pennsylvania lawyers. She contributes to the firm’s handling of matters that arise under state law. Her membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association keeps her connected to developments in professional rules and practice trends across the state. She attends continuing legal education and participates in firm meetings that shape how cases are handled and how client counseling is provided.
Clients and peers see her as someone who takes care with legal details. She prepares documents, reviews legal research and collaborates on strategy. Within the firm she is part of the team that prepares filings, communicates with opposing counsel and helps present cases in court when required. Her everyday work reflects the routine responsibilities of a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania.
As of 2026 Ojeda remains at Petrelli Previtera, LLC. She continues to practice law in Pennsylvania and maintains active membership in the state bar association. She currently handles legal matters on behalf of the firm’s clients in Pennsylvania.
