Jeffrey Evan Gold is a seasoned criminal defense attorney specializing in DUI and DWI cases, practicing in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. He has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar since 1981. Currently, Mr. Gold serves as of counsel at Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A., a firm renowned for its expertise in criminal law and DUI defense. Mr. Gold earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in 1981. His legal career began shortly thereafter when he served as an Assistant Burlington County Prosecutor from 1979 to 1983.

Foley (2004), which became the first case in the U.S. to restrict the use of the Alcotest 7110 breath testing device in drunk driving cases. In another significant case, State v. Robertson (2017), he successfully argued that municipal court defendants are presumed entitled to a stay of driver's license suspension pending appeal. These cases illustrate his commitment to advancing legal standards and protecting the rights of his clients. In addition to his legal practice, Mr.
Gold actively contributes to the legal community through education and service. He has taught advanced DWI and criminal law courses to lawyers, judges, and prosecutors throughout New Jersey, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience.
