Prior to his legal career, he completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994. Throughout his career, Mr. Butler has been an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
He is also a member of the Utah State Bar. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Butler has been involved in community outreach efforts and has served as executive director of healthcare facilities, overseeing corporate operations and managing staff ranging from 100 to 400 employees.
