About Brian
Brian Higley is an attorney who built his legal foundation at The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2011 after completing his studies in Salt Lake City. The law school’s curriculum and clinical programs gave him formal training in litigation, transactional practice and statutory analysis. He left law school ready to begin representing clients in commercial matters.
His early years in practice were spent learning the practical side of business law. He handled contract drafting and review, counseled small business owners on organizational options, and advised on routine compliance matters. He has experience dealing with the everyday legal issues that companies face. That hands-on work shaped the area of law he now pursues.
Higley also keeps an active connection to the professional community. He maintains current memberships in professional associations that support continuing education and peer engagement.
