About Jacob

Jacob Flothe trained at Rutgers School of Law–Camden, where he completed his legal education before moving west to establish his practice. He left law school with the practical skills expected of a modern practitioner and an interest in serving clients in a range of matters. He has since built a career grounded in the procedural and substantive demands of state practice.

After law school, Flothe took the steps required to practice in Washington. He is admitted to the bar there and works from a private practice setting. Over the years he has handled the daily work of client representation: research, pleadings, negotiation, and courtroom appearances when necessary. Those routine tasks form the backbone of his professional routine.

Flothe maintains memberships in professional associations and participates in the networks that support lawyers across the state. He attends continuing legal education and engages in the exchanges that inform current practice. This involvement keeps him current on procedural developments and state law trends.

Colleagues describe him as steady in court and attentive in client meetings. He combines attention to detail with a practical sense of timing. He approaches deadlines and filings in a way that reflects an understanding of how procedural choices can affect outcomes.

Throughout his career he has worked in environments that require clear communication with clients and opposing counsel. He prepares written work intended to be read by judges and other lawyers, and he spends time explaining the implications of legal options to people who do not work in the law. That mix of written and oral advocacy is a constant in his day-to-day practice.

Today, Flothe practices at Integrity Law Group PLLC in Washington. He represents clients from intake through resolution and manages the procedural and substantive tasks a client expects from counsel. His current practice focuses on handling matters for clients within Washington state.
