About Nicholas
Nicholas Lovelace-Andrews began his path to law with a broad study of politics and social systems. He earned a B.A. from the University of Washington, majoring in Political Science and Societies & Justice. He then completed a J.D. at Seattle University School of Law, where he prepared for courtroom practice and client work.
He entered private practice soon after law school. In 2019 he joined S.L. Pitts PC as an associate. That role marked his first recorded position in a law firm and gave him early experience in managing casework and representing clients in proceedings.
In 2023 he moved to Envision Family Law as an associate. The shift brought him into a practice environment centered on family-related legal matters. At Envision he has continued to develop the skills typical of a family law practitioner: client counseling, drafting pleadings, and participating in hearings and settlement negotiations. He works in Washington and handles matters that arise under state law.
His academic background in political science and societies and justice shapes how he approaches casework. He places an emphasis on understanding the broader context surrounding family disputes, including community and institutional factors. That perspective informs his client conversations and the options he presents when discussing potential outcomes.
Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and direct in court. He balances attention to procedural detail with practical concerns that matter to clients, such as timelines and costs. Those traits matter in family law, where urgent personal decisions often intersect with legal deadlines.
Outside of firm roles, his public professional record shows ongoing bar membership in Washington. He has been active in the profession since at least 2019 and has remained in practice through 2026. He maintains the regular responsibilities of an associate attorney: preparing cases, meeting with clients, and appearing before tribunals when required.
He currently serves as an associate at Envision Family Law in Washington. He practices family law matters at Envision Family Law and represents clients in family law proceedings in the state of Washington.
