About Grant
Grant Gisondo earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, completing his J.D. in 2010. He moved from law school into practice across several jurisdictions. Over the years he has built a practice that touches New York, Florida and the District of Columbia, places where he holds admission and maintains active professional ties.
He opened his own practice in 2013 and has operated under the name Grant J. Gisondp, P.A. since then. Running a small firm has allowed him to manage complex files directly and to take on cases that require detailed attention to financial records and courtroom proceedings. Prior to establishing his office he worked in environments that exposed him to trial work and family law matters, experiences he carried into private practice.
Financial litigation has become a notable element of his work. He is a Certified Financial Litigator through the American Academy of Certified Financial Litigators, a credential that reflects specialized training in handling monetary issues in contested matters. That training informs how he approaches disputes involving asset valuation, income analysis and forensic accounting questions.
Over the years he has joined several professional organizations. His memberships include the Washington DC Bar Association starting in 2012, the Palm Beach County Bar Association and Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers beginning in 2011, and the American Institute of Family Law Lawyers since 2015. He is a member of the American Bar Association, active since 2016, and joined the New York State Bar Association in 2018. Since 2019 he has held membership as a Master in the Susan B. Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court. These affiliations have provided regular contact with peers in litigation and family law circles and ongoing educational opportunities.
His courtroom work spans contested hearings and trials as well as negotiation and settlement work. He handles matters that require both an understanding of procedural strategy and an ability to analyze financial information presented in litigation. Clients and colleagues describe him as practical in approach; he concentrates on the immediate legal questions and the financial components tied to them.
Today he continues to run Grant J. Gisondp, P.A., representing clients across his admitted jurisdictions and maintaining his involvement in local and national bar groups. He currently focuses his practice on family law, financial litigation and related matters.
