About Gino

Gino Bulso graduated from Cornell College with a B.Ph. in 1983 and earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1986. His academic path combined a liberal arts undergraduate education with a law degree from a school known for producing trial lawyers. The dates of those degrees mark the start of a long career in courtroom work.

After law school Bulso entered private practice and over time established a presence in litigation circles. He is affiliated with Bulso PLC, where he has spent much of his professional life. Colleagues describe him as someone who prefers the grind of litigation to office window views. He has worked in matters that take him before state and federal tribunals across several circuits and districts.

Bulso holds admissions in a broad collection of courts. They include the U.S. Supreme Court, the 5th, 6th, 7th and 11th U.S. Courts of Appeals, and a number of U.S. district courts: Eastern District of Wisconsin; Western District of Arkansas; Eastern District of Arkansas; Southern District of Texas; Eastern District of Tennessee; and Middle District of Tennessee. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Tennessee. That range allows him to litigate appeals and trials in multiple jurisdictions.

His professional credentials include certification as a civil trial specialist by the Tennessee Commission, a designation that recognizes specific trial qualifications under state standards. He is active in bar and civic organizations. He serves on the board of the St. Thomas More Society of Middle Tennessee and maintains membership in the Tennessee State Bar. Those roles place him in regular contact with other trial lawyers and with organizations that address legal ethics and practice issues.

Courtroom practice remains central to Bulso’s work. He handles civil trials and appellate matters in courts where he is admitted, and he prepares cases for contested hearings and juries. He combines his trial certification and multi-jurisdictional admissions to advise clients on litigation strategy and procedural matters. He practices civil litigation and handles trial work at Bulso PLC.
