About Garima

Garima Varshney earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2009. She completed her legal studies at a time when the practice of law was shifting rapidly. Classes, clinics and the demands of bar preparation shaped the early years of her career.

After graduating, Varshney entered the legal profession and accumulated more than a decade of experience by 2026. That span covers a period of steady change in statutes, technology and client expectations. She has worked through those changes methodically, building practical know-how while adapting to new rules and courtroom procedures.

Her education at Richmond provided a foundation in the core subjects of litigation, statutory interpretation and professional responsibility. The curriculum and practical training there informed how she approaches cases and client matters. Colleagues describe her approach as thorough and deliberate; she tends to prioritize clarity and careful analysis over rhetorical flourish.

Over time Varshney has handled a variety of matters. She has managed case preparation, legal research and document drafting, and she has been responsible for advising clients on procedural and substantive issues. Those tasks reflect common demands faced by lawyers across many fields. She has also navigated the administrative side of practice, coordinating filings, deadlines and client communications.

Outside the office, Varshney has kept up with changes in the profession. Continuing legal education, court rule updates and practice tools have been part of her routine. She combines that ongoing learning with practical problem solving in day-to-day client work. Her practice has matured in a way that matches shifts in law and the business of law.

As of 2026 she maintains a practice that handles a range of legal matters and client needs.
