David R Jacks Jr. built his legal foundation in the classroom and in the courthouse. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2006. He went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School, completing his law degree in 2010.
