She is the owner of Evening Legal™, a boutique law firm located in Encino, California. This commitment to accessibility ensures that clients receive the legal support they need, when they need it. Ms. Bristol earned her Juris Doctor from the prestigious UCLA School of Law in 1999. During her time at UCLA, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Bulletin of Law and Technology, where she developed her skills in legal writing and analysis.
Prior to her law degree, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles. This educational background laid a strong foundation for her legal career — As a result, the attorney can navigate complex legal fields effectively. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1999, Ms. Bristol's license remains active. This lets the attorney practice law in the state. In addition to her state licensure, Ms. Bristol is authorized to practice in federal courts, specifically for copyright and federal trademark matters.
Before founding Evening Legal™, she spent nearly 12 years as in-house counsel for a California corporation and its affiliates. During this time, she held various positions, including Senior Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Her experience in corporate law gave her the knowledge and skills necessary to address many legal issues faced by businesses today. Since 2006, Ms. Bristol has also been a commercial mediator. She serves as a Panel Mediator for the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Her mediation practice focuses on resolving disputes efficiently, helping parties reach mutually beneficial agreements.
