About Suzanne
Suzanne Natbony earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in 2005 and completed her J.D. at Southwestern University School of Law in 2008. Those years framed an early legal trajectory that moved quickly from internships and research positions into corporate and counseling roles.
Her practical training began while she was still a student. She worked as a legal intern at Katten Muchin Rosenman in 2004 and served as a legal research assistant at the Federal Judicial Center in 2007. After earning her law degree she took a law clerk position at March Vision Care in 2008. By 2009 she was serving as Associate Counsel and West Coast Director for EcoClassic Homes LLC and launched Solve & Win, PC as its principal that same year. The following years saw a mix of in-house and law firm positions: Of Counsel roles at The Michael H. Cohen Law Group in 2011 and at Merino Yebri LLP in 2016; senior counsel posts at McCullough Sudan in 2015 and at Aliant Law Office in 2017; and leadership roles in corporate settings, including CEO of LawTake in 2012, legal advisor at Rotolab in 2016, and general counsel for Beverly Hills Rejuventation Center in 2016.
Her resume reflects work across different sectors. She has handled matters for technology and media enterprises, advised on corporate issues for healthcare and real estate entities, and taken on operational responsibilities in startup environments. That varied practice has required negotiating contracts, advising boards and executives, and addressing regulatory and transactional questions that arise as companies scale.
Natbony has also been active in legal and business organizations. She is a member of the State Bar of California and served as chairperson of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles from 2010 to 2013. Since 2016 she has been a Westside Ambassador for the National Association of Women Business Owners. Earlier in her career she held membership in the Los Angeles County Bar Association from 2008 through 2012. Those roles complemented her legal work and placed her in contact with practitioners across multiple disciplines.
Her record includes both private practice and in-house positions, often moving between the two as opportunities arose. She has held titles ranging from principal and CEO to of counsel and senior counsel, demonstrating a willingness to take on different responsibilities in legal practice and business management. As of 2017 she served as senior counsel at Aliant Law Office, and she maintains ties to firms where she has served in counsel roles. She currently practices corporate and transactional law, advising clients in technology, media, healthcare and real estate.
