About DeLon
DeLon Lee studied Law and Constitutional Studies at Utah State University before earning his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. His undergraduate work gave him an early grounding in the structures of American government. Law school added the procedural and analytical tools that shape how he approaches questions of law today.
After completing his formal education, Lee moved into practice in Idaho. He is admitted to the Idaho bar and has built his career around state practice. His background in constitutional studies and law school training inform the way he analyzes cases and counsels clients. He favors clear legal writing and careful preparation, traits he adopted during his time at Willamette.
Lee’s practice reflects steady, practical work rather than public spectacle. He handles matters arising under Idaho law and represents individuals and entities before state tribunals. Courtroom appearances, client counseling and written advocacy make up much of his daily work. He draws on classroom instruction and real-world experience to evaluate risks, present legal arguments and pursue resolutions that fit the facts of each case.
He practices at Rockstahl Law Office, where he is part of a team serving clients across the state. Colleagues describe him as methodical and attentive to detail. Clients come to him for reasoned legal analysis and straightforward counsel. He keeps current on developments in Idaho law and adjusts strategies as courts interpret statutes and precedents.
Outside the office, Lee’s earlier study of constitutional issues continues to inform his perspective on legal problems. He reads court decisions and legal scholarship to stay informed. That habit helps him spot issues that may affect a client’s position before a dispute reaches a courtroom.
He currently practices at Rockstahl Law Office, where his work focuses on matters litigated and resolved under Idaho law.
