David K. Adam built his academic foundation in numbers. He earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy, both from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. After completing graduate work he turned to the law and received a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Those parallel tracks — accounting and law — shape the way he approaches legal problems. His accounting training gives him a comfort with complex financial records. His law degree adds courtroom procedure and statutory analysis to that toolkit.
He serves as a partner at Uthoff, Graeber, Bobinette & Blanke. In that role he works on matters that draw on both disciplines. He is admitted to practice in Missouri and in the U.S. Tax Court, credentials that align with the firm’s practice areas.
