David Evan Jones is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Jones is a partner at Wapner Jones, P.C., a law firm located in Fresno, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout the Central Valley region.
Mr. Jones earned his Juris Doctor degree from the McCullum School of Law at Whittier College, where he graduated in 1992. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. During his time at Whittier College, he was actively involved in various legal clinics and internships, gaining practical experience in criminal defense and civil litigation.
Mr. Jones concentrates his practice in the areas of DUI and criminal defense, handling both felony and misdemeanor cases. He represents individuals accused of driving under the influence, drug offenses, theft, and other criminal charges. Prior to joining Wapner Jones, P.C., he worked as a Deputy District Attorney for Fresno County for 12 years, prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases, from DUIs to serious felonies.
Mr. Jones is an active member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, where he holds founding membership. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
