Cynthia Jill Scribe is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Scribe is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP, a full-service law firm located in San Francisco, California. She has been practicing law for over 21 years, serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

Ms. Scribe earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2000. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and French in 1995. During her time at the University of San Francisco, she was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court competition team.

Ms. Scribe concentrates her practice in the areas of immigration and nationality law, appeals, and business law. She represents individuals and businesses in matters involving asylum, citizenship, deportation defense, family visas, green cards, immigration appeals, investment visas, marriage and fiancé(e) visas, student visas, visitor visas, and work visas. Her practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout her career, Ms. Scribe has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig LLP, she worked as an associate at Rubinstein Law Group from 2005 to 2007 and at Reeves and Associates from 2002 to 2005.

Ms. Scribe is an active member of the California State Bar Association and holds certification as a Legal Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law from the California Board of Legal Specialization. She is fluent in English and French, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
