About Cyndi
Cyndi Crocker earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1992 after completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Kentucky in 1989. She joined the Kentucky Bar the year she graduated and began building a career in litigation soon afterward. Early roles in legal advising and courtroom practice shaped her approach to clients and cases.
Her first post-law school position on record is as a student legal advisor at the University of Kentucky in 1994. By 1996 she was practicing as an injury litigation lawyer at Hughes and Coleman in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Two years later she took on a leadership role as managing lawyer of the firm’s Personal Injury Department. Those years in a regional litigation practice gave her experience handling a steady docket of injury matters and supervising other lawyers on complex files.
In 2005 Crocker shifted to private practice leadership as managing partner of Crocker Law Office. She has remained there since, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing client matters. Her practice includes contested cases and courtroom work. She has admitted practice before multiple jurisdictions and has defended and pursued claims in state and federal forums.
She is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Tennessee. She is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Those admissions allow her to take cases that cross state lines and to appear in federal court when required by clients’ claims.
Crocker’s professional memberships reflect long-standing ties to trial practice and local bar activity. She has been a member of the Kentucky Bar Association since 1992 and joined the University of Kentucky Law Journal Alumni that same year. She belongs to the Bowling Green/Warren County Bar Association and has served in leadership there, including a term as president from 2011 to 2012. She has also held membership in the Kentucky Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Kentucky Justice Association since the mid-1990s, and in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America since 1998. She joined the Tennessee Bar Association in 2002 and maintains that membership.
Colleagues describe her as steady in the courtroom and pragmatic at the negotiating table. She manages litigation teams and handles client intake, discovery, and trial preparation herself when matters require it. She currently practices personal injury and civil litigation at Crocker Law Office.
