Carol L — Risk is a criminal defense attorney based in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. She has been licensed to practice law in Kentucky since 2006 and in Ohio since 2006. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P.

Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University-Southeast, obtained in 1998. She is a member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association and the Kentucky State Bar. Additionally, she worked as a criminal defense attorney representing indigent defendants charged with felony, misdemeanor, traffic offenses, and juvenile offenses at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.

She has co-authored an article titled "The Family Medical Leave Act: Standards of Proof and the Impact of Desert Palace on Retaliation Claims," published in the North Carolina Central Law Journal in 2005. She is fluent in English and offers free consultations to potential clients.
