About Brian W
Brian W Jeffries earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2017. He completed his legal education after several years of study at the Arlington-based law school. The law degree provided the foundation for his entry into practice in two different states.
After law school, Jeffries moved into private practice and established a dual-state practice. He is licensed to practice in Virginia and in New Mexico. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in state courts across both jurisdictions and to advise on matters that cross state lines. He lists an office connection to D. Michael Mullori, Jr., where he handles filings and client consultations.
Early in his career Jeffries built practical courtroom experience. He has handled filings, client counseling, and appearances in front of state tribunals. His work has involved procedural matters and representation in contested proceedings. Colleagues and court records show a steady caseload that includes routine and contested matters in state court systems.
Jeffries’s training at George Mason included coursework in litigation and the procedural skills central to trial practice. He supplemented his classroom work with practical experiences that prepared him for the demands of active practice. The transition from law student to licensed attorney required adapting academic skills to real-world advocacy and client management.
Outside of courtroom matters, Jeffries handles client intake, prepares motions and briefs, and coordinates with local counsel when cases involve unfamiliar forums. He works with clients to develop case strategies that reflect the practical realities of filing deadlines, evidentiary rules and courtroom procedures in both Virginia and New Mexico. His practice requires attention to detail and responsiveness to clients’ needs.
Jeffries maintains an active presence in both jurisdictions and is available through the office of D. Michael Mullori, Jr. He continues to accept matters that require representation in Virginia and New Mexico state courts. He currently practices law in Virginia and New Mexico, handling matters filed in state court and related proceedings.
