About Brandon M.
Brandon M. Eberle entered law after a foundation in accounting. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Robert Morris College in 2011, then returned to school and completed his J.D. at Duquesne University School of Law in 2016. The two degrees give him both numerical literacy and legal training.
He joined the Pennsylvania State Bar in 2017 and holds membership in local bar groups in the Pittsburgh region. Those memberships include the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Beaver County Bar Association, both since 2017. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit.
After law school, Eberle moved into private practice. He is an associate lawyer at Joe Pometto Law, where he works on matters that come through the firm. His role involves research, brief writing and appearing in court as allowed by his admissions. Colleagues note that his background in accounting helps when cases require attention to financial detail.
Eberle’s courtroom credentials cover both federal and state forums. Admission to the Western District of Pennsylvania gives him access to federal trial work in the region. Admission to the Third Circuit allows him to participate in appeals at the regional appellate level. He maintains active memberships in the state and county bar organizations that keep him plugged into developments affecting local practice.
Within his office, he contributes to litigation preparation and client counseling. He prepares motions, analyzes discovery and assists in trial strategy under the supervision of senior attorneys. His education in accounting often proves useful in complex document reviews and in explaining financial material to clients and judges.
Outside casework, he participates in bar activities in Allegheny and Beaver counties. Those associations offer continuing legal education and networking opportunities that help newer attorneys handle caseloads and courtroom appearances. Eberle’s path from an accounting undergraduate degree to practice in both state and federal courts reflects a steady progression through education, admission and hands-on legal work.
He continues to practice at Joe Pometto Law, where his work spans matters in Pennsylvania state courts and federal venues including the Western District and the Third Circuit.
