About Benjamin

Benjamin Wyatt studied history and law on an academic track that took him from Wesleyan University to Yale Law School. He earned his B.A. in 2002 and completed his J.D. in 2005. Those years set a steady pace for a career that moves between private practice and in-house counsel roles.

After law school he began his career at Goodwin Procter LLP in 2005. There he worked on a range of commercial and employment matters, gaining courtroom exposure and experience on larger corporate teams. Four years later he shifted into an in-house role at C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc., stepping into the post of Senior Labor & Employment Counsel in 2009. That position required handling day-to-day employment issues, managing litigation, and advising human resources on compliance and policy.

Wyatt started his own firm in 2014. As founding partner of the Law Offices of Wyatt & Associates PLLC he moved from corporate counsel back into private practice. The firm handles employment and labor matters, and Wyatt’s background gives him familiarity with both employer-side concerns and employee claims. He has litigated in state and federal courts and prepared clients for contested proceedings.

He is admitted across New England. His licenses include Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and New Hampshire. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for New Hampshire, and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in district court litigation as well as in state forums.

Wyatt maintains active memberships in several bar associations. He is a current member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Vermont Bar Association, the Hartford Connecticut Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He participates in bar activities that address labor and employment developments, and he consults regularly with in-house counsel and small business owners on workplace policies.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in litigation preparation and pragmatic in counseling. He tends to combine careful document review with straightforward client guidance. Outside the office he follows developments in employment law and returns regularly to training materials so that advice reflects recent rulings and regulatory changes.

He now practices from the Law Offices of Wyatt & Associates PLLC and concentrates on labor and employment matters for clients across the region.
