Arnold William Gross is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1973. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Gross is the principal attorney at State Law Firm, a law office located at 15490 Ventura Blvd, Suite 205, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. He has been practicing law for over 50 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
Mr. Gross earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law in 1973. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at UCLA, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970, with a major in English and a minor in Music. During his time at UCLA, he was actively involved in various student organizations and developed a strong foundation in legal studies.
Mr. Gross concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and real estate law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving workplace accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and real estate disputes. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gross has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Century City for five years.
Mr. Gross is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Ventura County Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Inns of Court, Jerome H. Berenson Branch, where he served as Master Emeritus from 1995 to 2019. He is also a certified mediator through the Los Angeles County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Gross is fluent in English, Farsi, Spanish, and Armenian, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Los Angeles County effectively.
