About Elise L.
Elise L. Lampert began her academic path at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations. She went on to study law at the University of La Verne College of Law and received her J.D. before entering practice in the mid-1990s.
She opened a solo practice in 1994 under the name Law Office of Elise Lampert. That same year she joined the State Bar of California and local bar associations, including the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. Over the years she has maintained a steady presence in the Los Angeles legal community, holding memberships in the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
In 2015 Lampert expanded her work beyond private practice by serving as a volunteer mediator in the Probate Department of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. She continues that volunteer service. The role places her in front of probate disputes and settlement conferences, where she works with heirs, fiduciaries and counsel to identify practical resolutions. She is also admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit.
Colleagues describe her practice as client-centered and practical. She has built a small, independent practice that handles a range of matters commonly encountered in civil and probate contexts. Her ongoing participation on the executive committee of a real estate affinity group within Provisors since 2016 indicates involvement with real estate professionals and related transactional issues.
Lampert's career reflects long-standing engagement at the local level. She has been active in professional organizations since her admission to the bar. Her combination of private practice, court-based mediation work and network roles in groups such as Provisors gives her a day-to-day perspective on how cases move toward settlement as well as toward litigation when necessary.
She maintains the Law Office of Elise Lampert and continues to accept matters while serving as a volunteer probate mediator for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Her current practice centers on private legal services offered through her office and includes probate mediation and related civil matters.
