About Anthony
Anthony Andreano earned his B.A. from Loyola University Chicago in 1992 and his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1996. He completed law school in the mid-1990s and entered the Illinois bar the same year. Those formative academic years set a clear practical course for his work in state courts.
He has been authorized to practice law in Illinois since 1996 and is registered with the Illinois Lawyer Registration Disciplinary Committee. Early in his career he combined private practice and local public service. He served as president of the Troy Consolidated School District 30-C School Board from 2009 to 2013, a role that placed him in the thick of municipal and education issues and gave him experience in governance and community decision-making.
In 2013 he completed a Divorce Mediation Certification at Northwestern University. That credential broadened the tools he uses in family-related matters and opened another avenue for resolving disputes outside the courtroom. Since 2014 he has served on the board of Guardian Angel Community Services. That ongoing board membership reflects continued civic involvement alongside his legal work.
Andreano holds memberships in the Will County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. Those affiliations keep him connected to colleagues across the county and the state. Over the years his practice has involved client counseling, negotiation and representation in state matters. He has combined courtroom experience with alternative dispute resolution techniques earned through his mediation training.
He practices from Andreano and Lyons, where he handles a range of civil matters. The office draws on his long-standing ties to the local legal community and his experience in both public service and private practice. He remains active in bar and community organizations while maintaining a local practice.
He currently practices at Andreano and Lyons, handling family law, mediation and related civil matters.
