Annie C. Lemelin took a steady path through higher education before entering the practice of law. She earned a B.A. from Colgate University in 2009, completed her J.D. at Tulane University School of Law in 2013 and went on to obtain an LL.M. from McGill University Faculty of Law in 2014.
