About Andrew Glenn
Andrew Glenn Rothey took a direct route into the law. He earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2014 and moved quickly into practice in western Pennsylvania. That early momentum set the tone for a career split between courtroom work and service inside the bar.
Fresh out of law school he joined Rosen, Louik & Perry as an associate in 2014. At the firm he handled client matters that required both written advocacy and appearances in court. Those first years provided a practical training ground where he learned how litigation proceeds from filing to trial.
Rothey's professional life has been shaped as much by association work as by casework. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, The National Trial Lawyers and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. On the local level he served on the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Board of Governors from 2018 to 2021 and led the Young Lawyers Division as chair from 2019 to 2020.
The roles inside the Allegheny County Bar Association put him in frequent contact with courtroom procedures, outreach programs and continuing legal education for newer attorneys. Colleagues cite his steady presence at bar events and his involvement in programming aimed at early-career lawyers. Those activities have become a recurring element of his professional profile.
Courtroom work and bar governance coexist in his calendar. He participates in trial-focused groups and attends gatherings where plaintiffs’ and defense lawyers exchange tactics. He also spends time mentoring younger lawyers and arranging panels and workshops through the county bar’s young lawyers’ arm during his tenure as chair.
As of 2026 he practices law in Pennsylvania and remains active in several national and state trial organizations. His current practice centers on litigation and participation in bar and community legal education programs.
